Crosley Law is a personal injury firm in San Antonio, a crowded search market. In December 2025, LaFleur started an always-on agentic workflow on the firm’s website, alongside our wider work with the firm on digital strategy, website development, content, advertising and search marketing.
The challenge: a website that only improved between audits
Most SEO runs in cycles: an audit, a round of fixes, then months before the next review. Search engines, AI answer tools and competitors keep moving in the meantime. Crosley Law needed a website that kept pace with them rather than with the audit calendar.

What we built: a daily review that never stops
We set up an agentic AI workflow that works toward standing goals instead of answering one prompt at a time. Every day it:
- Reviews the site’s pages for improvements
- Audits technical SEO
- Checks page titles and meta descriptions
- Looks for ways to strengthen existing content and site structure
- Follows changes in search guidance and AI search practice
Some of its recommendations are small, like a page title that better matches what people search for. Others reach into the site’s structure. Our specialists stay responsible for strategic direction, creative judgment, brand fit and weighing consequential changes.

The results
- Search ranking, December 2025 to September 2026: page nine to page one on Google for “personal injury lawyer San Antonio”
- AI answers, November 2025 (the month before the workflow started) to September 2026: weekly mentions across the prompts tracked in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode up from about 240 to more than 820, according to SE Ranking. Google AI Mode alone went from 83 to 669 a week.
- Cases, over the last six months measured: up 26.3% on the previous six months and 41.1% on the same period a year earlier
These gains came from Crosley Law’s wider marketing program with LaFleur. The always-on workflow was one contributor, not the only cause.

Why it matters for your firm
Monitoring a website is repetitive work that takes time. The agent handles that checking, which gives our team more capacity for the decisions that move a firm forward: positioning, priorities and which changes are worth making.
